Antigua, Guatemala! グアテマラ、アンティグア!

”After dancing and celebrating my birthday at 12 at Starlight (one of the bars on the boat) with the Guatemalan International Students onboard, we arrived at Puerto Quetzal in the morning of the 5th. ”

”Steven, Patri and I took a taxi with a participant, Pyokotan, to visit Antigua. Everywhere we went there were beautifully woven handicrafts.
I think my eyes got "full" just by looking at them, and now as I am back on the boat I am thinking maybe I should have bought back more things... ”

”But then I remember thinking throughout the trip... what do we do with everything, all the stuff we own?
I have realized that I don't need things to be happy. Just being there, in Antigua, being able to try my Spanish, and see and learn about Guatemala and the people was an invaluable experience and so much more than what I could ask for my 24th birthday.

”Antigua gave me a calm impression and I think I want to come back to stay for a few months to learn Spanish. ”
