Moving On 次に向かって

On January 24, 2012, almost three months after getting off the Boat, Peace Boat's 75th Global Voyage departed from Yokohama, Japan. I went to the Departure ceremony with fellow GET teachers (not from the same voyage, but strangely you connect strongly with someone who has been on a voyage- the happy circle is expanding) and witnessed the dear ship go off on its new adventure with new people.

It felt weird but nice.
The voyage gave me so much and opened my world in many ways.
It gave me several new exciting goals to work on.
One thing at a time, I hope to conquer those goals, and someday soon, return on Peace Boat- to give more than what I did the first time, to see the world again, to meet new people, to learn more and grow more. But for now, I'm excited to be moving forward!

Thank you to everyone who has read this blog and "traveled" on this adventure with me!
I started this as a record to keep for myself, but people's encouraging comments along the way made me motivated to continue and finish this assignment. I have never been good at keeping diaries, so this is truly a special achievement.

Since I named this blog "My Adventure Through Life", I hope to continue the blog to write about my new adventures, so so long til then!-  ending of something only means beginning of something else.

Here's one of my favourite quotes by Dr.Seuss,
"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."

Moving on, moving forward!
